KingsFlock is a church operations platform built for KingsWord Alimosho, Lagos. It centralizes membership management, Sunday attendance tracking, follow-up workflows, and automated reporting for a congregation of over 1,400 members — rebuilt entirely from a surviving MongoDB database after the original source code was lost in an SSD failure.
What I built
Reverse-engineered the schema directly from the live database and rebuilt a more resilient application around the legacy data structure to ensure zero data loss.
The outcome
Recovered all 1,433 member records and 74,516 attendance logs. Live at app.kingswordalimosho.com with automated Sunday reports and at-risk detection. A companion mobile app for Android and iOS is currently in development to help the congregation stay connected.
